- Assist senior chefs (Commi 1) in food preparation and cooking activities.
- Perform vegetable cutting, cleaning, marination, and mise en place efficiently.
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen areas, workstations, and utensils at all times.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards strictly.
- Store raw materials and ingredients properly as per kitchen guidelines.
- Assist in dishwashing and proper waste disposal when required.
- Handle kitchen equipment with care and report any damages or malfunctions.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.
