We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to join our growing sales team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and experience in B2B or SaaS sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable SaaS solutions.
- Conduct virtual product presentations and explain product features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads to move them through the sales pipeline and close deals.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to maximize business opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Good presentation and objection-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, IT Sales, SaaS Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in software, technology, or subscription-based product sales is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
