Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute events from conception to completion. Event manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events, ensuring they align with organizational goals and client expectations. This role requires strong project management skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & Coordination
- Plan and execute events such as corporate functions, conferences, exhibitions, and social events like, OSH, Fire India, Intersec etc.
- Develop event concepts, themes, and detailed project plans
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand objectives
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors (venues, caterers, decorators, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners
- Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, sales, finance)
Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare and manage event budgets
- Track expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Negotiate contracts to achieve best value
Operations & Execution
- Oversee event setup, execution, and dismantling
- Ensure all logistics (venue, equipment, staffing) are in place
- Manage on-site operations and troubleshoot issues
Marketing & Promotion
- Work with marketing teams to promote events
- Support branding, communication, and digital campaigns
- Ensure consistent brand experience across events
Post-Event Analysis
- Evaluate event success using KPIs and feedback
- Prepare reports and suggest improvements for future events

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in event planning or management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with event management tools/software
- Certification in Event Management (e.g., CMP, Diploma in Events)

Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA (depend on interview and last drawn salary)
