EVO Innovative Surfaces is seeking a dynamic, self-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) – Project Sales will be responsible for driving high-volume commercial revenue by securing product orders directly from active commercial construction sites. The primary mandate is to identify, pitch to, and close deals with Commercial Builders, Real Estate Developers, General Contractors, Turnkey Interior Contractors, and PMC (Project Management Consultants) in the Surat region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Developer & Contractor Acquisition
- Pitch and sell Evo's premium interior surface solutions directly to purchase heads, commercial build
- ers, and turnkey contractors.
2. Site Mapping & Pipeline Management
- Conduct intensive field visits to map active and upcoming commercial offices, premium residential towers, retail spaces, and hospitality projects in Surat.
- Track the complete project lifecycle to pitch the right products (wall panels, solid surfaces, planks) at the exact procurement window.
- Maintain a pipeline of bulk order leads, ensuring constant follow-ups from the bidding stage to final conversion.
3. Commercial Negotiations & Closures
- Prepare high-value commercial quotations, tender bids, and bulk-pricing structures tailored to large project scales.
- Lead tough negotiations on profit margins, credit terms, and delivery schedules to protect company revenue.
- Own the collection process, ensuring timely payment tracking, milestone invoicing, and secure outstanding collection.
4. Supply Chain & Delivery Oversight
- Coordinate closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure bulk materials reach construction sites on schedule.
- Address on-site challenges, such as material shortages or delivery damages, by providing rapid solutions to site engineers.
- Track project-wise material consumption to project future stock requirements for the warehouse team.
Required Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of aggressive B2B project sales or site-sales experience within the building materials, flooring, glass, plywood, or facade industries.
- Industry Domain: Prior exposure in handling bulk material supplies for large-scale real estate or commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Network Base: A strong existing relationship network with purchase managers, site contractors, and commercial builders in Surat.
- Core Competencies: High commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, ability to read basic project layouts, and strong persistence in closing multi-month deal cycles.
- Convert architect specifications into actual material procurement orders by negotiating directly with project owners and contractors.
- Register Evo as an approved vendor with major real estate developers and infrastructure groups across Gujarat.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
