Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Parent Counselor, you won't just be making calls—you will be an academic advisor helping parents unlock the best learning potential for their children. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Connect & Engage: Reach out to students and parents who have registered on the Krit Club platform to welcome them and understand their learning needs.
- Need Assessment: Understand their current academic setup and check if the student already has an active Math or Science tutor. Pitch Krit.Club
- Consult & Pitch: Convince them to leverage Krit.Club for boosting academic performance of their children
- Highlight the Value: Educate parents on our core benefit—increased transparency. Show them how Krit Club helps them clearly see exactly where their child excels and where they need help.
Who We Are Looking For
- Education: Recent graduate (any stream) with a hunger to learn and grow.
- Communication Rockstar: You have excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi. You can build rapport quickly and handle objections with a smile.
- High Energy & Drive: You possess a strong desire to hit targets and are motivated by a high-incentive payout structure. The harder you work, the more you earn!
- Empathy: A genuine desire to help parents and students succeed in their academic journeys.
- Locational Comfort: Ready to work from our office located in Sector 107, Noida.
