Inside Sales Executive – Key Responsibilities
Responsible for lead conversion and achieving assigned sales targets.
Convert leads through calls and effective customer engagement.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain regular communication with leads.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
Handle customer queries, objections, and drive leads towards closure.
Maintain accurate CRM/lead records and sales updates.
Follow up on pending and inactive leads to improve conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and order closure.
Track daily calls, follow-ups, conversions, and target achievement.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
