Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales managers, field sales executives, and channel partners.
- Monitor sales performance through KPIs and dashboards.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and performance evaluations.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Marketing
- Develop and implement online and offline marketing strategies.
- Plan promotional campaigns for POS, Sound Box, QR Payments, and other fintech products.
- Strengthen the company's brand visibility across digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Manage social media, advertising campaigns, events, and merchant engagement activities.
- Coordinate with creative agencies and internal teams for marketing collateral.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams.
- Foster a performance-driven culture focused on achieving targets.
- 6–10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in FinTech, Banking, Payment Solutions, Merchant Acquisition, POS, Payment Gateway, or Financial Services is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
