Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented JEE/NEET Counselor with at least 1 year of experience in counseling students for JEE/NEET coaching programs. The ideal candidate should have strong counseling and sales skills, with a proven ability to convert student inquiries into admissions while achieving monthly enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding JEE/NEET preparation programs.
- Understand students' academic needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counseling and follow-ups.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Build trust with students and parents by providing accurate information about courses, fees, batches, and admission procedures.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Follow up with prospective students until the admission process is completed.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in JEE/NEET counseling is mandatory.
- Experience in EdTech or coaching institute admissions is preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience with JEE/NEET coaching institutes or EdTech companies.
- Good understanding of the JEE/NEET preparation ecosystem and admission process.
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of handling admission targets.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
