About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Catalog Executive – Amazon Listing Specialist to manage, optimize, and maintain product listings on Amazon Marketplace. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Amazon listing creation, flat file uploads, SEO optimization, keyword research, variation creation, and catalog management.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage product listings on Amazon Seller Central
- Upload products using manual methods, bulk upload sheets, and flat files
- Optimize Amazon listings with SEO-friendly titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and attributes
- Handle variation listings such as size, color, and style variations
- Maintain accurate product information including titles, specifications, pricing, dimensions, and images
- Monitor suppressed listings, stranded inventory, listing errors, and account-related catalog issues
- Perform basic keyword research using marketplace trends and search volume data
- Improve listing visibility and conversions through content optimization
- Coordinate with the graphics team for listing images and A+ Content requirements
- Ensure catalog compliance with Amazon policies and category guidelines
- Maintain inventory updates and catalog records efficiently
- Work closely with operations and SEO
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
- Understanding of Amazon listing optimization and catalog management
- Knowledge of flat file uploads and variation creation is preferred
- Good understanding of MS Excel and data handling
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Basic understanding of SEO and keyword optimization
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or pursuing graduation
- Freshers can also apply
- Experience in Amazon catalog handling or e-commerce operations will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout is a plus
