REQUIREMENTS:
· EDUCATION: Associate’s degree in Construction Management degree preferred
· EXPERIENCE: Minimum 8 to 10 years cost estimating or related experience

- Time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong math and analytical skills to collect and interpret data
- Ability to understand blueprints and contracts
