Designation: Sales Manager – Fast Track Sales (FTS)

Job Description (Short Version):
The Sales Manager – FTS will be responsible for driving B2B sales, customer acquisition, market development, and revenue growth. The role includes handling a sales team, generating leads, meeting prospective clients, presenting solutions, preparing proposals, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should have strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and team management skills with prior B2B sales experience. Extensive travel within the region may be required.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of B2B sales experience
- Industry: Pharma / Healthcare / Industrial / B2B Sales (Relevant Industry Experience Preferred)
- Team handling/people management experience is mandatory
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- MBA preferred
- Willingness to travel and relocate if required
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
