Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Resolve complaints and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain Customer records and reports.
- Escalate complex issues to higher departments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow company policies.
Pay: ₹10,460.55 - ₹18,000.00 per month
