We operate across multiple corporate client sites and shift patterns in Bangalore, serving the IT, BPO, manufacturing, and services sectors. The Role
You'll play an integral role in the daily operations engine, working closely with the General Manager. You lead the team that keeps thousands of employees moving safely to work every day — cluster heads, site managers, shift supervisors. What You'll Do
Operations & Team Leadership
· Operate daily transport delivery across all client sites and shifts — morning, evening, and night.
· Manage Cluster Heads and site teams. Ensure full vehicle coverage, driver attendance, and backup readiness every day.
· Review Daily Service Reports, flag service gaps same-day, and ensure corrective action before they escalate.
· Lead, mentor, and hold your team accountable — daily briefings, weekly reviews, monthly performance assessments.
· Plan manpower coverage across all sites — leave cover, attrition backfill, and ramp-ups for new accounts.
Client SLAs, Compliance & Safety
· Drive SLA performance — on-time rates, trip completion, incident response — across every active client account.
· Prepare compliance reports and attend client review meetings alongside the GM.
· Ensure full regulatory and safety compliance — driver documentation, vehicle permits, and women employee safety norms.
Manage transport incidents end-to-end — investigate, resolve, and ensure they don't recur.
Fleet Quality & Continuous Improvement
· Monitor fleet deployment and driver quality daily. Coordinate with the compliance team on vehicle documentation.
· Identify operational inefficiencies and drive improvements — route optimisation, shift restructuring, tech adoption.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
· 5–8 years in a managerial position in transport operations, fleet management, or employee mobility.
· Proven experience managing multi-site, shift-based operations with 20+ field staff
· A hands-on leader who takes ownership and responsibility
· Strong knowledge of rostering, route planning, vehicle deployment, and SLA delivery
· Fluent in English and Kannada
· Experience with GPS/fleet tracking platforms
