Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)
Preferred Candidate Profile
We are seeking application on behalf of a leading NBFC, for a seasoned compliance professional with strong exposure to the Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Housing Finance, or RBI-regulated sector.20+ years in relevant domain.
8+ years as Senior compliance professionals from Banking or NBFC organizations with demonstrated leadership experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Extensive experience managing regulatory compliance frameworks within RBI-regulated entities.
- Proven experience interacting with regulators, auditors, and senior management.
- Strong exposure to Board-level reporting, governance, compliance certifications, and regulatory inspections.
- Experience leading compliance initiatives across multiple business functions and locations.
- Ability to drive a culture of compliance, accountability, and ethical conduct across the organization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and business teams.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as Compliance Head, Chief Compliance Officer, Deputy Compliance Officer, Compliance Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
- Prior experience in NBFC, Banking, Gold Loan, Microfinance, Housing Finance, or Financial Services sectors.
- Familiarity with RBI Master Directions, KYC/AML regulations, Fair Practices Code, Corporate Governance, and Risk & Compliance frameworks.
- Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Kerala.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
