Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing travel itineraries and quotations.
- Support booking of hotels, flights, transport, and sightseeing.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Maintain booking records and travel documentation.
- Learn travel software and operational processes.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments.
- Provide administrative support to the tours team.
