Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Commercial Interior Fit-Out to handle complete site execution, client coordination, and project delivery. The candidate will be responsible for managing projects from planning stage to final handover, ensuring quality, timelines, cost control, and smooth site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out projects at site.
- Plan project schedules, manpower requirements, and daily site activities.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely project completion.
- Read and understand drawings, BOQ, specifications, and execution details.
- Manage civil, MEP, carpentry, partitions, ceiling, flooring, and finishing works.
- Ensure quality standards and safety practices are followed at site.
- Handle material planning, procurement coordination, and site requirements.
- Conduct regular site meetings and share progress updates.
- Manage subcontractors and site teams for smooth execution.
- Check billing, quantity measurements, and project cost control.
- Resolve site issues and coordinate for snag closure and final handover.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out Projects.
- Strong site execution and project management experience.
- Experience in corporate offices, retail, hospitality, or commercial projects preferred.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, drawings, materials, and finishing works.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and handle client communication.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting.
- Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Civil) or related field preferred.
