We are seeking a responsible and motivated Poultry Environmental Control Breeder Farm Supervisor to oversee the environmental control and day-to-day operations of breeder farms. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal shed conditions, monitor farm equipment, maintain bird welfare, and support efficient farm operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain environmental control systems in breeder farms.
- Ensure proper temperature, ventilation, humidity, and lighting for bird health and productivity.
- Supervise daily breeder farm operations and support farm staff.
- Inspect and maintain environmental control equipment, including exhaust fans, cooling pads, foggers, and ventilation systems.
- Maintain daily records of environmental parameters and farm activities.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to resolve equipment issues promptly.
- Ensure strict adherence to biosecurity, safety, and company protocols.
- Report operational issues and bird performance to farm management.
Mandatory Requirements
- Own Two-Wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, and data entry).
- Willingness to work in a poultry farm environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Poultry Science, Animal Husbandry, or a related field.
- Experience in poultry breeder farm operations or environmental control is preferred.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
