Job Summary
The SEO Head will be responsible for developing and leading the company’s organic search strategy to increase search visibility, qualified organic traffic, rankings, leads, and revenue. The role will oversee technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, content strategy, local SEO, analytics, and SEO team performance.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute the company’s overall SEO strategy.
· Conduct comprehensive keyword research and identify search opportunities.
· Manage technical SEO, including crawling, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and website health.
· Develop and implement on-page SEO strategies.
· Lead content SEO strategy and coordinate with content writers.
· Develop backlink and digital PR strategies to improve domain authority and organic visibility.
· Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and revenue.
· Conduct regular SEO audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
· Analyze competitors and their organic search strategies.
· Develop strategies for Google Discover, featured snippets, AI search experiences, and other emerging search opportunities where relevant.
· Manage local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization where applicable.
· Work with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations.
· Collaborate with content, product, development, social media, and digital marketing teams.
· Establish SEO processes, SOPs, reporting systems, and quality standards.
· Lead, train, and mentor SEO executives/managers.
· Stay updated with search-engine algorithm changes and industry developments.
· Prepare regular SEO performance reports for senior management.
