Job Description
To manage faculty recruitment, employee lifecycle, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, staff engagement, and administrative HR functions to ensure smooth academic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment of:
- Trainers / Faculty.
- Academic coordinators.
- Admission executives.
- Administrative staff.
- Screen CVs and schedule interviews.
- Issue offer letters and appointment letters.
1. Onboarding & Documentation
- Maintain personal files.
- Track probation confirmation.
2. Attendance & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor biometric or manual attendance.
- Track leave records.
- Prepare salary input sheet.
- Coordinate with accounts for payroll processing.
3. Performance & Discipline Management
- Monitor punctuality and professional conduct.
- Coordinate performance reviews.
- Issue warning letters when required.
- Maintain disciplinary records.
4. Training & Staff Development
- Coordinate internal training for faculty.
- Conduct orientation for new staff.
- Maintain faculty development records.
- Track academic calendar alignment.
G. Exit Management
- Handle resignation formalities.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Ensure clearance from academic and admin departments.
- Process final settlement coordination.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
