Main responsibility will be to promote and sell consulting, certification, inspection and testing services related to the energy and environmental sectors. Work closely with the Sales leader & Lab team to generate new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and meet sales targets. Additionally, build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, providing them with exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, industry networking & referrals.
Conduct research and identify potential clients within the target market.
Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to demonstrate the value and benefits of our technical services.
Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.
Collaborate with the lab & technical team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services to clients.
Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the company's Technical services.
Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
Assist in resolving customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals and objectives.
HSE
Ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities.
Comply and ensure implementation of the company’s and the customer’s Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Process requirements.
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the TIC industry or quality assurance industry.
Strong understanding of industrial processes and quality assurance requirements.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Familiarity with third-party inspection services is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of salesforce, CRM and other sales tools will be added advantage.
Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients
