Job Summary
Rathi Build Mart is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to promote and sell our building material products. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new customer leads and business opportunities.
- Visit retailers, contractors, builders, and project sites.
- Promote and sell the company's product range.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Prepare daily visit reports and share market feedback.
- Coordinate with the billing and warehouse teams for timely order execution.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Preferred Industry
Candidates from the Tiles, Sanitaryware, Bath Fittings, Building Materials, Paints, Hardware, Cement, or related industries will be given preference.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
