JOB DESCRIPTION AND JOB SPECIFICATIONS OF A PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Experience: 3 - 5 years
KPI/KRA/ Goal Setting
- Ability to articulate the tasks quickly, effectively, and efficiently
- Databases are current and accurate at all times
- All correspondences are recorded, received/sent, and distributed correctly and promptly
- Initiative taken to enhance organizational growth
- Active involvement and participation in continuous improvement
- Adherence to company policies, and discipline
Managerial Duties- Personal
- Arranging travel and other things such as visa, accommodation, etc
- Shopping for gifting people with professional interest
- Making personal enquiries
- Remembering and reminding special occasions such as birthday, anniversary, etc
- Paying and checking of bills, debit card or credit card statements, etc
- Reminder for attending social functions, and sending a note for not attending
- Managing Directors’ driver and related issues
General Management
- To provide her own daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and plans to Directors
- Overlook administration related work
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed as per the direction of the Directors and the Company’s goals and vision
- Provide feedback to The Company to continuously improve
- Other work as directed by the Directors
Salary: Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 35,000
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
