Urgent Hiring – Interior Finishes Supervisor (Hotel & Hospital Projects)
Location: R.K. Ashram Marg, New Delhi (Near R.K. Ashram Marg Metro Station)
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45000 per month (Depending on Experience)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Interior Finishes Supervisor to manage the execution of premium hotel and hospital interior projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in interior fit-out works, site supervision, contractor coordination, quality control, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all interior finishing activities at project sites.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Monitor installation of flooring, false ceilings, wall finishes, painting, furniture, modular works, partitions, doors, and decorative elements.
- Manage daily manpower deployment and site productivity.
- Track project progress and ensure completion within timelines.
- Inspect workmanship and maintain high-quality finishing standards.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure proper utilization of resources.
- Maintain site safety and compliance with project guidelines.
- Submit daily progress reports to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel, hospital, commercial, or high-end interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials and execution techniques.
- Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
- Excellent site management and team coordination skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple contractors and vendors effectively.
