The Field Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing field-level activities, including data collection, surveys, and community engagement. The role requires close coordination with stakeholders, ensuring accurate data capture, and supporting effective implementation of project activities on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits for data collection, surveys, and assessments as per project requirements
- Coordinate with local communities, stakeholders, and beneficiaries for smooth execution of field activities
- Ensure timely and accurate data collection, validation, and reporting
- Maintain proper documentation of field activities, survey records, and beneficiary data
- Support in mobilization of participants and community outreach initiatives
- Assist in implementation of project plans at the field level
- Identify on-ground challenges and report them with suggested solutions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between field activities and project objectives
- Ensure adherence to project guidelines, timelines, and quality standards
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years of experience in data collection, field surveys, or community engagement/management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse community groups and stakeholders
- Practical understanding of survey methodologies and data collection processes, with attention to accuracy and detail
- Good organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining field records and reports

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
