Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive (Telecaller) to
join our Sales team. The role involves outbound calling, lead qualification, follow-ups,
CRM updates, and scheduling meetings for the Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Introduce company products and services professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development team.
- Maintain CRM records and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the Sales team for lead handover.
- Achieve lead generation targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 12th Pass / Graduate (Graduate Preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic MS Office knowledge.
- Customer handling and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Competencies
Communication, Active Listening, Time Management, Teamwork, Adaptability,
Customer Service.
KPIs
Daily Calls, Qualified Leads, Meetings Scheduled, CRM Accuracy, Monthly Targets.
