Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and quotations.
- Explain product features, benefits, and specifications.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Maintain showroom displays and product presentation standards.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Passionate about sales and customer interaction.
Freshers:
- Passionate about sales and customer interaction.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Experienced Candidates:
- Experience in retail sales, showroom sales, counter sales, or customer service preferred.
- Experience in sanitaryware, tiles, building materials, interiors, hardware, or related industries is an advantage.
- Strong customer handling and sales skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge.
