- Operate CNC / VMC machines as per production plan
- Load and unload components/material
- Perform tool offset and basic setting
- Check dimensions using measuring instruments like:
- Vernier caliper
- Micrometer
- Height gauge
- Bore gauge
- Maintain production quality as per drawing
- Fill production and inspection reports
- Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities
- Maintain 5S and workplace cleanliness
- Follow safety rules and company SOPs
- Minimize rejection and rework
- Coordinate with setter, quality, and supervisor
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operation
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Knowledge of measuring instruments
- Understanding of machining process and tolerances
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
