Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment (IT )
Drafting job descriptions & posting on relevant platforms
Sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
Salary negotiations & background checks
On boarding: Offer letters, induction & team introductions
Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records & reports
Collaborate with internal teams & ensure timely closures
Vendor coordination to manage hiring costs

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
