Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our IT sales team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and initiating communication to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and other portals
- Research and identify potential clients in the IT domain
- Reach out to prospects via email, calls, and social media
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align strategies
- Track and report lead generation performance
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile App, Software Development)
- Knowledge of lead generation tools and platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
