About the Role
Vahaflix is looking for a highly creative and passionate Creative Producer to lead the development and execution of engaging short drama content for our digital platform. The candidate should have strong storytelling abilities, script writing expertise, and hands-on experience in managing content production for digital audiences.
Responsibilities
- Ideate and develop original short drama concepts and storylines.
- Write scripts, dialogues, scene breakdowns, and episode narratives.
- Coordinate with directors, editors, actors, and production teams during shoots.
- Supervise content production from concept to final delivery.
- Ensure storytelling quality, emotional engagement, and audience retention.
- Monitor content trends, competitor platforms, and viral storytelling formats.
- Review edits and provide creative feedback to improve output quality.
- Work closely with marketing teams for promotional and campaign content.
- Maintain content calendars, production schedules, and timely deliverables.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in creative production, content creation, script writing, or OTT/media industry.
- Strong own script writing and storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of short-form drama and mobile-first entertainment content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities.
- Experience in handling production workflows and creative coordination.
- Passion for entertainment, drama, and digital media trends.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with OTT platforms, YouTube content, or short video applications.
- Understanding of audience psychology and engagement strategies.
- Creative visualization and narrative-building capability.
- Familiarity with editing and production processes is an added advantage.
