- Coordinating interviews
- Following up on the interview process status
- Presenting company information and benefits during screening process
- Current updates on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and laws regarding employment practices
- Liaison with employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
- Reports on employment activity.
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure recruitment goals are achieved.
Qualifications: MBA/ MSW (HR)
