Role Overview
As a Telecaller, you will connect with customers who have already shown interest in loan products, guide them through the loan application process, address their queries, and ensure timely completion of applications.
Eligibility
PUC (12th Pass) or Graduate
Freshers are welcome to apply
Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Service, Banking, or Financial Services is an added advantage
Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused approach
Basic computer knowledge
Good follow-up and convincing skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
