Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Finance team in booking indirect expenses/incomes and managing bank entries for all companies.
- Coordinate the payment process, ensuring necessary documentation at maker-checker level, and support in cash flow planning.
- Handle inward and outward remittances after necessary internal approvals.
- Prepare and file payment/accounts documentation.
- Support in the preparation of Annual Reports and Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow).
- Coordinate with stakeholders for regulatory, financial, and approval-related matters.
- Work with global offices on finance-related issues.
- Participate in team meetings and make presentations to management and stakeholders.
- Carry out Business Central activities.
- Assist in opening/closing of bank accounts and company formation.
- Handle documentation for banking and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and analyze MIS reports and ensure compliance with relevant policies.
- Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for documentation at various locations.
- Be open to travel occasionally for reviews and meetings.
- Perform any additional tasks as instructed by the Finance Director.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting software.
- Good understanding of MIS reports and compliance requirements.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
