Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support students in daily activities, routines, and community involvement.
- Assist students in building independent living skills
- Monitorstudents behavior, maintain safety, and enforce program rules fairly and consistently.
- Facilitate recreational, educational, and therapeutic activities.
- Maintain detailed incident reports, and progress documentation.
- Serve as a positive role model, promoting respect, accountability, and healthy decision-making.
