About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing client coordination, order processing, follow-ups, and day-to-day sales operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, good with communication, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and clients for order processing and dispatches
- Manage sales orders, invoices, POs, and maintain accurate records
- Follow up with clients regarding payments, deliveries, and pending requirements
- Coordinate internally with operations, logistics, and accounts teams
- Maintain sales reports, trackers, and MIS data
- Support the sales team in onboarding new clients and managing existing accounts
- Handle communication through calls, emails, and WhatsApp professionally
- Ensure smooth execution of daily sales operations
Requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
- Basic understanding of sales processes and client management
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
Preferred
- Experience in FMCG, distribution, or retail industry
- Experience handling distributor or modern trade coordination
