We are seeking a seasoned industry veteran to join our faculty team. This isn’t a role for someone who only reads from a textbook; we need a professional who can bridge the gap between academic concepts and real-world execution. You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact training modules that prepare students/professionals for the complexities of modern global trade.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Design comprehensive course modules covering the end-to-end supply chain, from raw material procurement to last-mile delivery.
- Practical Training: Lead hands-on sessions in Inventory Management, Freight Forwarding, and Warehouse Optimization.
- Technical Instruction: Provide specialized training on SAP (MM/SD/WM modules) and other industry-standard ERP systems.
- Case Study Mentorship: Use your industrial background to develop "live" case studies involving real-world logistics bottlenecks and solutions.
- Assessment: Evaluate student performance through practical simulations, technical tests, and industry-aligned projects.
Required Qualifications & Experience
· Industrial Experience: A minimum of 1 years in active roles within Logistics, SCM, or Freight Operations.
· Technical Mastery: High proficiency in SAP is mandatory. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transport Management Systems (TMS) is a significant plus.
· Domain Expertise: Proven track record in:
o Warehousing: Layout design, FIFO/LIFO, and safety standards.
o Freight & Export/Import: Knowledge of Incoterms, customs clearance, and multi-modal transport.
o Inventory Control: Demand forecasting, EOQ, and cycle counting.
· Education: Graduation, Diploma and PG Diploma in SCM, or a related field (relevant certifications like CSCP or CLTD are highly valued).
