Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior HR & Operations Assistant to manage basic HR functions and support daily operations at our NGO center. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn and grow in HR and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, calling candidates, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain candidate records and onboarding documentation
- Manage attendance and basic employee records
- Support daily center operations and coordination with trainers
- Prepare and update reports using MS Excel
- Assist in organizing events, inspections, and CSR activities
Requirements:
- Graduate or pursuing graduation
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently
- Fresher or 0–1 year of experience preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Interest in HR and operations
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Willingness to learn and grow in NGO/skill development sector
