Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Provide accurate information regarding company services, project updates, and support requests.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required.
- Maintain professional and positive communication with clients at all times.
- Track and manage customer interactions using internal systems and tools.
- Coordinate with the design, development, and marketing teams for issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer feedback and prepare support reports when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, email handling, and customer support tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in customer support or voice process is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or pursuing graduation in any discipline.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,368.29 - ₹34,169.58 per month
