Key Responsibilities:
· Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
· Hands-on experience working on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Commerce Cloud
· Experience working on Salesforce CPQ is highly preferred
· Knowledge or hands-on experience with AI agents using Agentforce or Einstein AI
· Experience in directly handling client discussions, requirement gathering, effort estimation, and providing technical solutions
· Strong understanding of project ownership, stakeholder management, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Experience in mentoring junior team members and providing technical guidance and best practices
· Good understanding of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems
· Experience with Salesforce security model, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Roles
· Familiarity with deployment and release management tools such as Git, Salesforce DX, Copado, or Azure DevOps
· Ability to participate in client calls, provide project status updates, handle escalations, and maintain strong client relationships
· Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and leadership skills
· Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred
- Experience with Agentforce and AI capabilities in Salesforce
- Exposure to Salesforce CPQ would be an added advantage
- Salesforce certifications such as PD1, Admin, or App Builder are a plus
- Knowledge of Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or integrations with third-party applications
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
