Job Title: Team Leader – Business Development & Contractor Onboarding

About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Team Leader to manage and drive the field sales team for BuildBrixz. The candidate will be responsible for daily operations, contractor onboarding, team performance management, field visits, activation tracking, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities: Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives.
- Monitor daily activities, field visits, and productivity of the team.
- Conduct regular review meetings and provide guidance for target achievement.
- Ensure discipline, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Contractor Onboarding & Activation
- Ensure each executive onboards a minimum of 5 contractors per month.
- Drive contractor registrations and platform activations.
- Monitor onboarding quality and completion of required documentation.
- Track activation rates and conversion performance.
Field Operations
- Accompany executives on field visits to contractors, builders, architects, and construction-related businesses.
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly performance level tracking.
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and contractors.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of:
- Daily visits
- Contractor onboardings
- Follow-up activities
- Activations completed
- Team performance metrics
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
- Ensure CRM/MIS data is updated accurately.
Business Development
- Generate leads and support market expansion initiatives.
- Analyze territory performance and implement improvement plans.
- Achieve assigned onboarding and activation targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and contractor support.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as Team Leader, Territory Manager, Sales Supervisor, or Field Sales Manager.
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales, contractor onboarding, construction, building materials, fintech, SaaS, or marketplace platforms will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.

Compensation:
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
