The Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Workday Engineer with expertise in Workday Extend applications and SnapLogic integrations. In this role, you will support enterprise Workday implementations by developing, enhancing, and managing applications and integrations across multiple environments.
You will collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive application enhancements, integration development, and large-scale rollout initiatives, ensuring seamless and secure data flow across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Workday Extend / Applications (50%)
- Support enhancement, updates, and cloning of Workday Extend applications during organizational rollouts and expansions
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
- Participate in QA/UAT testing cycles and ensure production readiness
- Coordinate application-related activities across multiple teams and environments
SnapLogic & Integrations (50%)
- Design, develop, and maintain SnapLogic integration pipelines
- Manage SnapLogic artifacts including pipelines, snaps, configurations, and endpoints
- Perform data transformation, API integrations, and file transfers (SFTP)
- Ensure secure data integration practices, including encryption mechanisms such as PGP
What You Need:
- At least 3+ years of experience in Workday integrations and application development
- Hands-on experience with Workday Extend applications
- Strong expertise in SnapLogic integration development
- Experience in API integrations, data transformation, and middleware tools
- Exposure to SFTP, encryption (PGP), and secure integration practices
- Strong understanding of Workday ecosystem and integration frameworks
- Experience in end-to-end testing cycles (QA/UAT) and production deployments
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering discipline
