About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically skilled Junior Developer to join our Web and Mobile Application Development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing web and/or mobile applications, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their technical skills while contributing to real-world client and product projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web and/or mobile applications under guidance from senior developers/team lead.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following team coding standards.
- Assist in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting application issues.
- Collaborate with UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and senior developers to implement features.
- Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality.
- Support integration of REST APIs and third-party services.
- Attend daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and team meetings.
- Continuously learn new tools, frameworks, and best practices.
- Maintain basic project documentation as required.
- Communicate progress and blockers clearly with the team lead/project manager.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Basic to intermediate experience in Web Application Development.
- Exposure to Mobile Application Development (Android, iOS, or Cross-platform) is a plus.
- Working knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one framework/library (React.js, Angular.js)
- Basic backend development experience with Node.js, PHP/Laravel, Python or similar technologies.
- Understanding of REST APIs and how to consume/integrate them.
- Working knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub or other version control systems.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is an advantage.
- Awareness of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Soft Skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of professional software development experience (internships/projects considered).
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Flutter or React Native is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Docker/DevOps practices is a plus.
- Prior experience or internship in a Digital Agency, Software Development, IT Services, or Product Development environment.
