Hiring: Graphic Designer (Footwear & Branding)

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a keen eye for product aesthetics. Your primary focus will be designing footwear patterns/concepts and creating high-impact promotional posters for our Mayfield Footwear collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Footwear Design Support: Create and visualize new "Cherupp" (chappal/sandal) designs, colorways, and patterns.
- Poster Making: Design creative social media posters, shop banners, and digital ads to promote new arrivals.
- Product Photography Editing: Enhancing product shots (using your Sony ZV-E10 captures) for professional catalogs.
- Branding: Develop themes for seasonal campaigns (Festivals, New Launches, etc.).
- Catalogue Design: Creating brochures and PDF catalogues for our marketing executives to show to dealers.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Software Skills: Mastery in Canva, Photoshop and Illustrator (CorelDraw is a plus).
- Creative Mindset: Ability to understand footwear trends and translate them into attractive designs.
- Experience: Proven experience in Poster Design and layouting.
- Portfolio: Candidates must share a portfolio of previous design work (especially product-based posters).
- Speed: Ability to deliver creative content quickly for daily social media updates.
