Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Plant Manager
- Engineering Degree is mandatory
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in handling plant operations, production planning, and workforce management
- Experience in the Electrical Industry will be an added advantage
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
