Preferred Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, AWS, Azure, AI, or other relevant technology certifications
Experience: 7–12 Years (or relevant experience in IT Infrastructure, ERP, and Digital Transformation)
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic IT professional to lead digital transformation initiatives while ensuring the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure, ERP systems, hardware, software, networking, and data security. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities to drive process automation, optimize business operations, and support organizational growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Transformation & Process Automation
- Lead digital transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency.
- Conduct business needs analysis and translate requirements into technology solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deploy innovative digital solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through technology adoption.
ERP & Business Applications
- Coordinate with ERP and third-party application support partners.
- Ensure smooth functioning and optimization of ERP systems.
- Support business users and resolve application-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.
IT Infrastructure Management
- Manage desktops, laptops, servers, printers, switches, routers, and network infrastructure.
- Ensure uninterrupted network connectivity and system availability.
- Oversee server administration, Active Directory, and user management.
- Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure to support business requirements.
IT Support & Operations
- Provide leadership for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Support Microsoft Office 365 and enterprise communication systems.
- Ensure smooth email operations and user account management.
Data Security & Compliance
- Implement and maintain data security policies and controls.
- Conduct IT audits and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential cybersecurity risks.
- Ensure data integrity, backup, and disaster recovery readiness.
IT Asset & Vendor Management
- Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.
- Conduct regular audits and optimize IT resource utilization.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for support and procurement.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
