Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and driven individual eager to kickstart or grow their career in business development within the legal services industry. You will support PKLPO's growth by reaching out to US-based law firms and legal professionals, crafting compelling outreach strategies, and assisting in marketing initiatives. With hands-on training, you will master the tools, strategies, and skills needed to thrive in the fast-paced world of legal process outsourcing. This position offers real impact from Day 1 and a clear path to career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential clients, primarily US-based law firms, solo practitioners, and legal teams, to generate leads and build long-term partnerships.
- Communication: Draft personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages to engage prospects effectively, highlighting PKLPO's legal outsourcing value proposition.
- Research & Data Management: Research US law firms, identify key decision-makers and contacts, and maintain accurate, up-to-date contact databases.
- Marketing Support: Assist in designing and executing marketing campaigns targeted at the US legal market, and report on performance metrics to optimize results.
- Tool Utilization: Learn and leverage CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to track leads, manage pipelines, and support business development efforts.
- AI Integration: Utilize AI tools to enhance outreach, analyze data, and optimize marketing strategies, with hands-on training provided.
- Collaboration: Work directly with the leadership team to align business development strategies with PKLPO's growth goals.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about trends in legal process outsourcing, US legal industry developments, and AI applications to continuously enhance outreach and campaign effectiveness.
Note: Full training will be provided at the time of onboarding. No prior experience in business development, the legal industry, or any tools or software is required.
QualificationsEducation & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Additional certifications in business development or legal studies (optional).
Experience
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training to equip you for success.
- Any internship or project experience with legal research, business development, or client servicing is optional but a plus.
Core Skills
- Strong command of written English for professional communication with US-based legal clients.
- Basic Excel skills (filters, sorting, basic formulas) for data management.
- Confident communication skills — comfortable talking, writing, and expressing ideas clearly.
- Quick learner with a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and online tools for outreach and research.
- Bonus Skills: Interest in legal services, US law, business development, or AI is a plus.
- Plus Points: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is advantageous but not required.
