Role Overview
We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic EV Engineer Interns who are eager to work on real-world electric vehicle systems. As an intern, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and validation of electric powertrain systems used in agricultural machinery while gaining hands-on experience with industry-standard engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of electric vehicle systems and subsystems.
- Support the integration of BLDC/PMSM motors, motor controllers, and battery systems.
- Participate in battery pack assembly, testing, and performance evaluation.
- Assist in wiring harness design, electrical integration, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct testing and validation of motors, controllers, batteries, and charging systems.
- Support prototype assembly and field testing activities.
- Analyze test data and prepare technical reports.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electronics, and software teams during product development.
- Assist in preparing technical documentation, BOMs, and design records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards during development activities.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Electric Vehicles and EV architecture.
- Understanding of BLDC/PMSM motors and motor controllers.
- Familiarity with Li-ion/LiFePO₄ battery technologies.
- Knowledge of electrical circuits and power electronics.
- Hands-on attitude with good problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CAD tools or electrical design software is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink is a plus.
