Job Title: Ice Cream Van Driver & Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and customer-friendly Ice Cream Van Driver & Sales Executive to drive our branded ice cream van across Pune, sell products directly to customers, and represent the DOTON brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the ice cream van safely to assigned locations and routes.
- Set up and operate the van during sales hours.
- Sell ice cream products and assist customers with product selection.
- Handle cash, UPI, card payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Maintain stock levels and report inventory requirements.
- Ensure products are stored at the correct temperature and quality standards are maintained.
- Keep the van clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Promote special offers, new launches, and brand campaigns.
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Follow all traffic, safety, and company regulations.
- Load and unload stock at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Monitor the EV van’s battery levels and ensure the vehicle is fully charged and ready for daily operations.
- Coordinate charging schedules and report any vehicle, battery, or charging-related issues promptly.
Requirements
- Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) driving license.
- Minimum 1–2 years of driving experience.
- Basic communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and/or English.
- Customer service or retail sales experience preferred.
- Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible with cash handling and vehicle care.
- Familiarity with Pune roads and local areas is an advantage.
