Job Description:
We are hiring for a Technical Business Analyst who will serve as the single point of coordination between our Customers, Development, QA and Support teams. You will own the full lifecycle from requirement gathering to delivery — translating client needs into precise scope documents, managing approvals, and ensuring every stakeholder is aligned at every stage. This role demands strong technical understanding, clear communication, and a proactive, ownership-driven attitude.
Skills Required:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software product or services company.
- Strong technical understanding of software systems — architecture, databases, APIs, and the SDLC.
- Proven ability to write clear, structured scope documents, BRDs & functional specifications.
- Experience working directly with clients for requirement gathering and approval management.
- Comfortable working alongside developers and QA — able to speak both technical and business language fluently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — clear, concise, and confident.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities calmly.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers to gather, clarify, and document software requirements.
- Prepare detailed scope documents, functional specifications, and use cases.
- Obtain formal client sign-off on scope before development begins.
- Identify gaps, ambiguities, and risks in requirements early and resolve them proactively.
- Act as the primary bridge between customers, developers, QA, and support teams.
- Translate approved requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the involved teams.
- Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, review meetings, and sprint planning discussions.
- Track progress across teams and flag blockers early to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate User Testing with customers and ensure sign-off before release.
- Support QA teams by clarifying expected behaviour and validating test scenarios against requirements.
- Manage change requests — assess impact, update scope documents, and communicate changes to all parties.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
