HR Executive / HR Manager – Showroom Operations
Location: Ludhiana
Salary: Rs.20,000 – Rs.30,000 per month (depending on experience and candidate profile)
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized HR professional to manage day-to-day employee operations and workforce coordination for our showroom in Ludhiana. The candidate will be responsible for handling attendance, leave records, salary coordination, employee engagement, and overall staff management activities to ensure smooth showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Manage employee attendance records and daily attendance tracking
Maintain and update leave records and leave approvals
Handle staff rotation and shift scheduling
Prepare attendance sheets and support salary processing
Coordinate salary-related management tasks with accounts/payroll team
Resolve employee queries and workplace concerns
Conduct employee engagement activities to maintain a positive work environment
Ensure proper documentation and employee record management
Support showroom management in daily administrative and HR operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Basic knowledge of HR processes and attendance/payroll systems
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
Ability to manage staff and handle workplace issues professionally
Prior HR/admin experience in retail or showroom environment preferred
Experience
1–3 years of experience in HR, administration, or staff management preferred
